Services and quotes

Each job is quoted for its agreed scope, product and site. The quote identifies installation work and relevant extras; separate trades quote their own work. Tell us about access restrictions, site conditions and any changes to the selected product or delivery date.

Installation is scheduled once delivery and site preparation are confirmed. Weather, delivery problems or unexpected conditions may require dates to change. If additional work is identified, its scope and price should be agreed before it proceeds.

Payment requirements are set out in the accepted quote or invoice. If you need to cancel or reschedule, contact us as early as possible so we can discuss the arrangements. Cancellation fees and deposit conditions require confirmation before these terms are finalised.

Website use

This website provides general information about Contrast Co’s services. Product descriptions and planning guidance do not replace the manufacturer’s instructions, a site assessment or advice from the relevant qualified trade. Service scope, pricing and availability are confirmed for each job. Submitting an enquiry does not by itself confirm a booking. Use the contact details provided if you need clarification before proceeding.

Liability

If you have a concern about our work, contact us with the job details and a description of the issue so it can be assessed. Product faults may require supplier involvement, while installation concerns need to be assessed against the work completed.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. No fixed warranty period or limitation of liability is established by this draft.
