For architects and builders, a useful starting point is the selected sauna or ice bath system, the site constraints and the intended programme. From there, the installation scope and its place in the build sequence can be defined.
The space is assessed during the pre-build consultation. Contrast Co’s scope can cover sauna and ice bath installation, repairs and maintenance. Contrast Co does not carry out groundwork such as slabs, drainage or levelling; this is subcontracted or handled by the client’s own landscaper.
Installation dates are agreed around confirmed product delivery, access and site readiness. Allow for the sequence of finishing and separate electrical work, as well as possible weather or delivery delays. Share your programme early so the work can be coordinated.
Contrast Co completes the structural installation and coordinates its timing with delivery and the wider build. Electrical connections and landscaping are assessed and quoted separately by the relevant trades. Confirm the product, access and site preparation before booking so the installation can be placed in the programme.
